Are You Aware of Your True Worth

I thought that selecting a topic for today’s article and to cover Day 4 of my mastermind session would be difficult since so many great things have taken place over the past 48 hours.  However, when I opened John Alexandrov’s book, Affirmations of Wealth, I opened it to page 230 where the subject was dealing with a person’s true worth.  This was an awesome subject line since it was part of the conversations I have had with several of my new business associates during the past 2 days.  So, let’s start with the best part :-) … the affirmation.

AFFIRMATION:

I AM FOREVER AWARE OF MY TRUE WORTH. I am worthy of success and wealth since I render the best possible service to my fellow man. I earn my wealth by serving others in a manner which enriches them as well as me.

NARRATION:

Every person has a worth, a purpose in life. Discovering that purpose and pursuing it with passion brings extraordinary fulfillment to our lives. We can be sure of this: each one of us has the gifts, the talents, the courage and the spirit of God within us.  We have the freedom to choose to be whatever we want to be. We have the freedom to take the actions necessary to be wealthy. There are no “secrets” of success or wealth. You must simply decide what it is you really want from life, who you want to be as a person and pursue your dreams with the steadfast courage: then you will enjoy wealth and success beyond your expectations. Be forever conscious of your worth and the benefit you may deliver to others.  Never sell yourself short. You serve a specific and significant purpose in this world. You are worthy of success.

As I continued my mastermind session through Day 4, I was so blessed to meet with and complete several very important relationships with individuals and companies that can and will assist me with my purpose here in life.  The purpose of helping others and changing lives.
WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I am worthy of success and wealth. I will use my talents and my faith to benefit all those God has intended that I touch.

Imagination! What’s in Your Head?

It is absolutely amazing what you can do with 24, 48 and even 72 hours of time that is devoted to organizing your life, setting your goals and reaching out to those you want to be a part of your mastermind group.  Part of this process is simply letting your imagination GO!

AFFIRMATION:

I inspire my imagination with enthusiasm. I use my enthusiasm to create and enliven my imagination. In so doing, I forge my own opportunities and I capture them at the height of possibility.

NARRATION:

Your imagination is a powerful motivator when you know how to use it. Without creative imagination, where would this world be right now?  The ability to think beyond the limits of reality and the paradigms of thought created by others is truly a gift. With your imagination are your dreams, your creative intelligence and your ability to exceed your own mental barriers. Coupled with enthusiasm and faith, imagination is eventulaly converted to actions and thereby reality.

“What your mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”  Napoleon Hill

Nurture your imagination. Believe in your dreams. Pursue them with passion and enthusiasm. This is one of God’s gift to you.

As for me and Day 3 of the MasterMind session I set for myself… all I can say is HUGE! It was a day so filled with incredible insight and creative processes that it took me into Day 4 in order to slow down.  As I spoke with my mastermind group and my partners in business, they were amazed at the positive energy and incredible insight that was being developed in just over 48 hours.

So what do you concentrate on during day 3?  Thoughts!  Creative thoughts as to the possibilities that exist within the realm of your work and life.  How can you do things, what things that are live changing.   Stay tuned for Day 4 and 5…

WISDOM FOR THE DAY:

I will allow my imagination to flow freely with my desires and dreams. These dreams and desires will be lived then I enthusiastically act upon them.

Can You Really Do It All?

The answer is obviously NO!  And like others, I too have fallen by the assumption I could do it all, on my own, without help from others.  We can be pretty EGO strong at times in life and then something happens and our world seems to crash down upon us and we receive a big wake up call.  To this end, and for the message of the day, never ever be afraid to ask for help!

AFFIRMATION:

I SEEK THE WISDOM AND SPIRITUAL POWERS OF THOSE MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE THAN ME. I humbly and willingly accept the gifts of wisdom and knowledge others provide to me. I seek out relationships with true teachers and I develop wealth from the alliances of wisdom I create.

NARRATION:

Welcome to day 2 of our MasterMind session.  The ability to learn is a great gift. It is similar to love and forgiveness because the ability to learn is an act of giving that is always available to you. How can the ability to learn be an act of giving?  It is a gift to yourself and others when you create the knowledge and wisdom necessary to better your life and thereby the lives of others.  Obtaining wisdom and knowledge requires special abilities. You must admit to yourself that every person is superior to you in some way. In do doing, you not only humble yourself, but you discover  your weaknesses and learn from others strengths.  In undertaking an honest assessment of your weaknesses and strengths, you prepare yourself for the learning experiences you must obtain in order to improve.

By surrounding yourself with a group of peers, mentors, teachers each of whom representing someone you respect in life, as well as their knowledge, and by bringing them together as your mastermind group, you can and will grow and learn at a much faster rate then ever possible by going it alone.

As part of my 10 day mastermind experience, I used part of day 1 to select those people I trust, respect and feel we can help each other through the formation of a mastermind group.  I have started to reach out to all of these individuals to establish times to speak with them over the phone or in person to determine whether a mastermind group would be of true benefit to them.

One of the critical aspects of developing your mastermind group, is the synergy among members. This means you should select like minded individuals that possess positive mental outlooks on life.  They should also be non-competitive in business so that each can and will speak freely during the sessions and be open to all discussions.  The first rule you should agree to is one of non-disclosure.  All topics, conversations and exchange of information that takes place during a mastermind session as well as before and after in secondary settings, is at all times to be held in confidence.  The true benefit of these sessions comes from honest and frank discussions that can deeply impact the lives and businesses of those participating.

One of my first mastermind groups, that I formed in the late 1980s, was to this day the most life changing group of people I have ever been associated with.  We pledged our time, energy, wisdom and confidence to one another and through the course of following 3 years our group was responsible for dozens of life and business altering decisions, millions of dollars of business ventures and humanitarian fund raising efforts.  The members of this group became very good friends and I knew that at any time if the need arose, I could call upon any one of them for assistance in life. This was the ultimate mastermind group.

As you put together your group you do not need to have all ten members.  If you only have 4 or 5, then open the door to those whom you trust to invite others.  Remember, your group is for the benefit of all… not just yourself.  However, make sure you have an interview process with each of those being considered for your mastermind group. Neither you or the member need to commit to the group until you are satisfied with the over all synergy of the whole group.

Remember, in life when we pay it forward, we receive far more than we give.

So, what else should Day 2 of your MasterMind session consist of?  In a word, PEACE!

You should start this day with the phone ringer turn off.  If that is not possible for the entire day, then at least for a few hours at a time AND remember your list of who you can take calls from during this 10 day period. If you are like me, this is not a easy process. There are many people in my life that I enjoy speaking with.  Especially on a personal level. However, in many cases those are the calls best left for a time where your focus is not dedicated to making changes in your life.  Also… toss out the guilt!  Those in your life that truly love you, or respect your need to spend this time to improve your life, will certainly be willing to allow you this 10 day period.

So, at this point you should be able to move forward with a positive state of mind for meditation. Also you can start defining “breaking down” the mastermind goals, that you set in day 1, into small doable chunks, tasks or action items.

So what have we accomplished during day 1 and 2.

First… we cleared the decks and set up the guidelines for our mastermind session.  What activities could we do and what we should avoid at all costs.  We listed the areas of our life that we clearly feel need for improvement and then we set our goals “objectives” for the 10 day period.

Second… we identified partners, mentors, teachers in our life that we respect and believe could provide great assistance to us as well as benefit from our mastermind group.

Third … we opened communications with them and started the process of building a group for the long term objectives.

Fourth… any negative elements or energy within our life has been removed in order for us to focus and maximize the return on our time investment of 10 days.

Five… if any of our objectives include health, wellness, fitness or nutritional improvements…well we better have started on those processes by this point as well.  :-)

So let’s close out Day 2 with the wisdom for today.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I will learn today by listening to and observing others. I realize every person has a strength greater than mine in some way. I will humbly seek the advice of others, and I will put my ego aside in order to truly learn and implement my new-found wisdom.

NOTE:  Once again a special thanks to John Alexandrov for his insight and inspiration for this series of articles.  Also my thanks to him for being a part of my mastermind group in Las Vegas so many years ago.  John is truly a leader and mentor to many.

My best wishes to all my readers here and to the hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals that decide this month to make a change in their life, to improve their life, to be of service to others, to you my prayers for success and God’s blessings upon you.

The 10 Day Challenge!

SEE THE CHANGE!  BE THE CHANGE!  EXPERIENCE THE CHANGE!

AFFIRMATION:  I am transformational.  I must transform the very nature of who I am and what I do to make the quantum leaps necessary to truly realize my potential. When I strive to realize my full potential, I am the role model my God intended me to be.

NARRATION … 10 DAY CHALLENGE

Changing for the better is good. Transforming who you are may be even better. Are you willing to take a challenge with me. For the next 10 days… let’s see what we can change in our lives.

We can all make some changes to improve. The truly courageous transform who they are. They understand that changing and improving attitudes and behaviors is the key to permanent improvement. They not only change how, why and what they do, they know the higher purpose for doing so.  People who are transformational inspire others to reach their full potential because they are agents of change.  You can like who you are right now. I like who I am as well. But I realize I must transform myself continually in order to improve. Transforming yourself requires continual self-discovery. It requires you to constantly call questions of yourself. It requires a unique integrity, honest and humility.

Do you have that all within you?  Most of us do, yet it can be buried deep down inside due to all the “stuff” we have to deal with every day.

A very affective approach to bring all of this to the surface, and using it to its fullest potential, is through a “MasterMind” experience.  The MasterMind group needs to be a group of your mentors and supporters that truly can be honest with you and that have your best interests at heart.  Each of your MasterMind mentors, as well as yourself, need to be dedicated 110% to the group and the process. The reward for the successful execution of a mastermind session is incredible and can be received by all those participating.

Welcome… to my 10 day challenge.  :-)   Let’s start with the wisdom of the day. Then I will get right into the 10 day challenge, which I am personally going through right now.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

When I change, I will do so with the intent of permanently changing for the better. I raise the bar every day, and I call to question my own values. I will continually transform myself for my benefit and for the benefit of others I will help along the way.

THE 10 DAY CHALLENGE:

I started my challenge today.  At 5AM to be precise…. which meant I slept in until 7AM even after my alarm in my head and phone went off at 5AM.  It is totally out of character for me to sleep in past 5AM.

What an incredible day I had.  So filled with great: revelations, people, thoughts and positive actions that here I am at 8PM at night finally getting to the posting that I started 24 hours ago.

My challenge to you is simple.  TOGETHER let’s make a massive change in your life to the better.  Let’s work on getting you to the next level.

How do we do this?  Well, let’s start with the next 10 days of articles I post.  Each day I will provide a journal of my master mind session along with the details of how you can duplicate this process.  Secondly you can to contact me in order to get a personal strategy going as to your master mind session.  My email is online on my Facebook page.

As to where I started and the benefit I immediately discovered, I can tell you this… I started this morning by making a list of those people that could help me achieve my master mind goals as well as those I felt could benefit themselves through the experience and put them on a very short list of 10 people.  These are the people I needed to be in communication with every month.  They were also people I knew I could be of help in their life, which is a critical part since it creates the WIN WIN environment.

So, how did I find immediate benefit from this process? As I was making up this list I noticed between 30 to 40 people that I: talk to, help, communicate with or deal with every week that basically fill my week with unproductive time.   This is not to say you should not be a humanitarian and GIVE to others.  It just means…. be careful with whom you share your most valuable asset and gifts with… those being  TIME and LOVE.   Share your love with everyone.  Share your time with those that are positive influences in your life and willing to give back.

So over the next week to ten days I will be delivering to you what I believe to be a host of great insights and stories on how this Master Mind program can work for YOU!

It is working for me… ALREADY… so stay tuned.  And if you want to get started on your own Master Mind group now… let me know.

Best wishes for your success and happiness always.  Wayne

Can You Improve Yourself in 10 Days

Well here is a goal for all of us to strive for. :-) Improve yourself in 10 days! And since we are all nothing more than a “work in progress” improvement is actually easy to achieve.

AFFIRMATION:

I IMPROVE EVERY DAY.  Although I am grateful for my accomplishments, I know there is always room for improvement. Even one day of indifference can impede my personal growth.  I improve with the knowledge that when I improve, I also improve others.  When I do so, I take one more step toward the fulfillment of my mission in life.

NARRATION:

By V. John Alexandrov. “No matter how good we are, we can always be better. Excellence is a standard we seek to achieve.  I believe there is a level beyond excellence and a level beyond that. The greatest of all achievers, the best of the best, all know that they can be better. Ted Williams batted .406. If he had one more hit out of approximately 500 chances at bat, he would have batted .408.  You see, there is no barrier to our achievements except what we believe and what we do. Continued improvement, day after day, no matter how good you are, makes you better.”  When John wrote this affirmation he was reminded of a quote by one of the greatest pitchers in baseball history:  “There is no off season anymore.” Nolan Ryan.

As for my 10 day experience, as I thought about this topic and writing here today, I reflected upon the past few months of my life and how I may have improved myself during this time period.  One of the most significant areas of improvement, during a 10 day period, came not from within, but came from the lessons and the new friendship I developed with an individual that when I first met her I would have NOT thought any learning experience would be involved.  This turned out to be very short sighted of me and once again proved that … “You can NOT judge a book by its cover!”

My improvement AND lesson was simply this.  One of the greatest gift we have in life is our ability to learn from others.  And the source of our learning may come from some very unexpected people.  For me it was through a very bright and talented woman by the name of Kristy, whom I hired for a temporary assignment in July.  During the interview process with Kristy I had my mind made up as to the qualifications and background that was needed for the temporary position and she was a good match for the work.  What I also noticed during the interview process, and the following week of training, was Kristy’s history and personality represented 180 degree difference from my own and so we had little in common.  This served to reinforce my mind set of  “no lesson here”.  This turned out to be the furtherest thing from the truth.  Kristy and I have now become very good friends. Friends that have learned from each other by each having the benefit of seeing the world through each other’s history and experiences in life.  This unexpected source of  wisdom, compassion for others and her own trials and tribulations has enhanced my life beyond measure and has allowed me to continue my journey in life with a higher level of knowledge, which in turn shall serve others that I meet.  Kristy is now off onto new adventures and she too has discovered more about her path in life through the short time we worked together.

I shall NEVER judge a book again by its cover, nor the people I meet!  Thus my improvement for that 10 day period… I shall look beyond the obvious and ask questions. I will listen intently as people around me share their insights and experiences in life. I will grow through them, and myself, and use to the best of my ability the lessons I have learned as I work with others in the future.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I can and will improve today.

NOTE:  Once again a special thanks to John Alexandrov for his outstanding work with Affirmations of Wealth and his partnership here in allowing me to use and reference his insights.  And of course, a very special thanks to Kristy Frazier whose life, experiences and compassion for others has become a blessing to me in so many ways.

As for my dear friends and extended family here online, I want to express my thanks for your readership, for your notes of encouragement and inspiration.  Tomorrow will mark the first day of a 10 Day Challenge I wish to make to all my friends here. A challenge to: renew your life, improve you life and to use the gifts you have for others.

So .. stay tuned! November 2011 will be our best month yet!  :-)    Wayne

How Will Your Family Remember You?

AFFIRMATION: I WRITE THE VISION. I LEAVE THE LEGACY.  I write my thoughts, feeling, emotions, desires, reflections and accomplishments in a personal journal whenever possible.  When I write, I leave a written legacy for my children and others who are important to me.

How will you be remembered?

NARRATION:

Writing is very important.  You have already read about the importance of writing your own affirmations within these articles I am posting, or within John Alexandrov’s book “Affirmations of Wealth”.  But keeping a journal of your thoughts, reflections and accomplishments is a very special gift to yourself and to others. Do you think you would cherish having not only a picture album, but a written journal of the people you love that have been called home? When reading, you visualize and emotionalize what you are reading. Someday I know my children will read my writings and will gain an understanding of me that they presently do not have.  They will use my writing to learn, to teach and to grow. And they will use my writings to establish a bond between me and my grandchildren (many years from now, of course).  You are encouraged to keep a personal journal and to write, when possible, those thoughts and the wisdom you have been blessed with that can help those you as well as those that have found your life an inspiration to them.

Writing helps you contemplate and express your emotions. Writing helps you celebrate your success and allows you to leave a legacy that will be both special and beneficial.

Being in the investigative business, dealing with hundreds of thousands of estate cases and working with those left behind when their loved one passes away, I can tell you the pain and loss that they experienced could have been greatly reduced over time through what their loved one could have left behind.

When my mother passed away, I was fortunate enough to have received from her her journal, her manuscript for a book she was writing. Within her writings are incredible insights into the world I grew up in and yet hardly new as a child.  When my father passed away, all I had from his life was his papers from work and a small amount of notes he had written my mother.   When I look through my baby pictures, my early school years, I wonder what my father was doing at those times. I find little notes from my father to me on birthday cards and such, yet the notes say little more than what one would expect on a traditional card.  I do have memories of times we played tennis together, dinners out and even the boy scouts and other after school activities.  However, when I think of what it would be like to have a journal of his life where he could have expressed his joy and happiness as well as those times of sorrow, in words that I could read today, and read to his grandchildren and great grandchildren… what an amazing gift that would be.

This is why I write.  This is why I believe so strongly that parents need to keep in touch with, and communicate with, their children as much as possible, plus maintain a journal of their life to leave behind.  Personally, I even record messages and videos for my kids to receive after I have long passed away.   Interestingly enough I have received two lessons in life, or have found my inspiration from both a movie and a song.  The movie was Superman. The scene that gave me this inspiration was when Superman discovered who he was and traveled to a place designed to allow him to tap into the knowledge and wisdom of his natural father, through a series of recording.  Even though this is a fictional charater, the message impacted strongly on me as I watched the interaction of father and son well after the father’s passing.  The second inspiration for my writings and “staying in touch” with my children comes from the song “Cats in the Cradle” by Cats Stevens Band. This process of losing touch with our children through our busy schedules and then resulting in them losing touch with us in the same manner is all so true in today’s world.  I know it is a part of my life that I work on, yet the schedules are now under the control of my children that are all since grown. :-)   So, I leave you with the following Wisdom for Today, along with the incredible song below by Cat Stevens.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I will create a journal today. I will write often in my journal about many aspects of my life. In my journal I will leave an understanding of who I am and how I live. This journal will be a gift for others to share a very special bond with me.

SPECIAL THANKS:

To V. John Alexandrov for his inspiration through Affirmations of Wealth.  To my mother and father whom I pattern my life after in the areas of humanitarian efforts and protection of consumer rights. To my children whom I love unconditionally and wish for their happiness always.

Do You Feel Like Quitting?

AFFIRMATION:

I NEVER, NEVER, NEVER QUIT. I never can fail if I never quit. I rely on my faith to pursue my dreams when others would have simply given up. There is no “quit” in me, therefore, I will fulfill my mission and purpose in life and I will live my dreams.

NARRATION:

There are many well written verses about the heroic people who refuse to quit when faced with untold adversity. If you quit once, most likely you will always be a quitter. And if you quit, you will fail.  The truth is, when you fail, you not only fail yourself, you fail in your obligation to use your God-given talents for the benefit of all the other people who would benefit from your talents.

When John Alexandrov wrote the book Affirmations of Wealth he stated “I consider myself to be a compassionate, forgiving person who possesses great sympathy for those in our society who are less fortunately. However, I do not possess any sympathy for those of us who simply give up, who quit when they ought to keep on going. While others sympathize with those who quit, I take a different approach. Sympathy is sometimes necessary but most often the greatest gift you can give anyone, when they are ready to quit, is the motivation and inspiration to dust themselves off and get back into the game. By coaching instead of sympathizing, by leading instead of groveling and by being a role model by seizing the opportunity in every adversity instead of quitting, I believe I can do the most good for my fellow man.”   I could not agree with John’s statement more.  It is so true that being an inspiration to others and to take on adversity head on… is the way to approach life and why there are thousand of people that can and will benefit from people like you and I that act in this way. More importantly is simply our decision to NEVER, EVER QUIT!  When you discover your God-given talents and you decide to help your fellow man/woman by using your talents, that is a process that no matter what speed bumps you experience in life, you need to stay the course and never quit.  You may from time to time need to adjust your game plan a bit “just as I am doing today” however to lose focus on your mission, to put aside your talents that have great benefit for humanity, that you should never do.

I recently met this week with a good friend “Michelle Corr” and she was so excited to tell me about her work in assisting small business owners and professionals with the process of refining and putting to use their gifts, their God given talents.   As I listened to her and witnessed the excitement in her voice I realized sometimes it takes an outsider to help us discover what is inside of us.  Our talents, our gifts and what can truly allow us to achieve our mission in life in a very amazing way.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I never, never, never quit. I look adversity in the face and laugh because I know I have the ability to transform adversity into opportunity.

NOTE:  A very special thanks again to V. John Alexandrov for his inspirational thoughts and writings. If you are in the real estate market or related services, please visit John here!  And to Michelle Corr for being such a great friend and someone that NEVER, EVER QUITS in life to help others achieve their goals in business.

Is Today a Positive Day?

AFFIRMATION:

I foster positive emotions. I recognize that positive and negative emotions are truly within my control. I promote positive emotions through affirmation and prayer, thereby eliminating negative emotions.

A Positive Attitude Wins Everytime

NARRATION:

Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative. This simply put affirmation is very powerful. Negative emotions are very destructive, mostly self-destructive. How can anyone truly advance in life and be a good role model if they are negative? The negative emotions — hatred, despair, impatience, anger, fear, jealousy, revenge and greed — do nothing but create negative actions, inflict injury on yourself and others and promote the decline of faith in oneself and in ones God. They promote false financial gain at the expense of others and destroy the most important elements of success: a positive mental attitude, the willingness to serve and give more than you get, personal initiative, the development of a clear and accurate mind, enthusiasm and the establishment of a clearly defined mission and purpose in life. Affirm the positive. Think positive. Act positive. Be positive. There is no substitute for positive thinking and positive actions.

And for my little piece of mind today and just to reinforce to you the absolute need for this element to be consistent in your life….. Surround yourself with like minded, positive people that support you and your dreams.  If you are surrounded by negative people, by people that complain about everything in life …. they will bring you to your knees and suck you into their world faster than you can imagine.

In my own life I have made the mistake on occasion to open my home to those with outrageously negative attitudes and negative energy.  I am so in tune with people’s energy that I could feel them as they entered my home.  Since I felt so strong in my personal space and with positive emotions, I thought I could help them through their crisis, through their problems. However, this makes the assumption the individual WANTS to come out of their crisis. Strangely enough… some people live in this state of negativity because they can not imagine being anywhere else.  So my advice to all those that thrive on positive emotions and love life to its fullest…surround yourself with positive people.  You can ONLY help “serve” those with negative emotions in small bits of time and sometimes from a distance.

Once again… remember… there is no substitute for positive thinking and positive actions.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I accentuate the positive today. If someone in my family, school, workplace or in my circle of friends is negative today, I have the courage to let them know their negativity hurts me and them. I think positive thoughts, visualize positive accomplishments and actions and I write positive affirmations.

SPECIAL THANKS… To John Alexandrov for his inspiration, his support in my goals and mission to help others and for his incredible outlook on life in general.

Do You Expect Success or Failure?

AFFIRMATION:

I EXPECT SUCCESS. I never sell myself short with low expectations. I expect success and I seek and create the opportunities necessary to fulfill my expectations.

NARRATION:

Do you expect to succeed? Since we all tend to fulfill the vision we create in our own minds, it is vital that you do expect to success. Any thought that you persistently hold in your mind, or speak repetitively with belief, will ultimately be delivered to you. If you believe that you will succeed at any endeavor and affirm your belief repeatedly, you will succeed. Alternatively, if you think you “might” succeed or that your chances of failure are great, then the chances you will fail are great.

I am a great fan of the movie The Secret.  It truly helps instill in people that visualizing one’s future, seeing in your mind your path and your success in life, does in fact evoke a powerful process in your life. Unfortunately I see also how The Secret can tend to misguide individuals to think that all they have to do is THINK IT and it becomes reality. There is a very important step to achieving success that is missing from The Secret.  That step is ACTION!  You must take action in order for ANYTHING to come about.  I look at this simply as a step by step process, the cart before the horse analogy.  If you go out into the world looking for a new home, the home of your dreams, and your mind set is that of failure then your actions, your energy, your presence to others will be reflective of your thoughts.  If your mind set is one of success, where you truly believe you will find and secure the home of your dreams and you have it already firmly placed in your mind, then success truly is head of you… it is simply a matter of time.

Since I expect to win and expect to succeed with true and total conviction, I have absolutely no doubt I will do exactly that.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I will raise my expectations of myself today. When I expect success and confirm my beliefs through affirmation then action, my expectations will be fulfilled.

NOTE TO MY READERS:  The above Affirmation comes from V. John Alexandrov’s book “Affirmations of Wealth”.  John and I met over 6 years ago as I was starting to recognize my true mission and purpose here and today we have teamed up to help bring others into their full potential and light through a series of 101 Secrets of Daily Success and other inspirational and mentoring processes.  You can discover more about John at REICConnect or email John here.

Wishing you success, happiness and prosperity in your life always,  Wayne Warrington

Our Strength Is In Our Circle

AFFIRMATION:

I develop cooperative alliances with others. I am sure that “no man is an island.” I can only succeed when I develop and employ the talents of others through alliances of cooperative effort.

NARRATION:

How do great leaders truly succeed?  Whether it is in business, family, politics, community activities or philanthropic endeavors, all great leaders employ the talents of others and create synergistic power in their organizations through strategic and cooperative alliances. For example, when I was fairly new into the business world of employing over 100 people and running an operation that covered several states, I found I had little assistance outside of my attorney and my CPA when it came to brainstorming ideas or trouble shooting problems that I was encountering.  So I asked 5 of my CEO buddies out to lunch one day and suggested that if they were experiencing the same issues of support, that we should form our own group “mastermind” to help each other.  So for the next three years we met every single month for 3 hours and over those three years our little group grew into 30 members that collectively employed over 30,000 people and did in excess of $3 billion a year in sales.

The number one rule we made at the very first meeting was NO passing business cards out or turning our group into some form of lead group.  The interesting part that developed was the organization did more business together than any other group that I belonged to and it was the collective knowledge, energy and resources of the member base that helped all of us succeed and reach new heights with our businesses.  This same principal functions well within the ranks of employees, vendors, contractors, etc.  Alliances must be developed with a WIN WIN relationship in mind from the very start.  This same powerful strategy has been employed on a much larger scale by Henry Ford, Gandhi, Lincoln, the Founding Fathers of The United State and other great leaders.  As a matter of fact, I just read about the CEO of Belfor Holdings, a billion dollar company, that went to work undercover within his own company as a laborer in order to make sure this principal was being lived up to.   Sheldon Yellen Inc Magazine Article

Alliances of cooperative effort, people working together for the same cause and with the same values, create wealth for all those involved.  This is why I have chosen to apply this valuable principal to the creation of FarSuperior.com and its hundreds of topic/industry websites.  It is through the cooperative efforts of thousands of business experts that FarSuperior.com will become a leading provider of value based information to consumers worldwide in the years to come.

WISDOM FOR TODAY:

I will seek out true relationships of cooperative effort, relationships where all parties win. When doing so, I make sure my value system is not compromised, and I form alliances with others whose integrity and ethics are above reproach.
